Annie Gradinger, a spokesperson with Chipotle Mexican Grill, said on Jan. 8 that the restaurant is still scheduled for a spring opening at 1219 Burkemont Ave. in ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥.
Wendy Smith, director of development and design for the city of ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥, said Chipotle still has an active zoning and building permit for the building.

While the restaurant is still planning to move into the location, the current owner of the building has put it up for sale.
