Large signs on the Walgreens at 868 N. Green St. in ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ say the store is temporarily closed due to flooding and to visit the location at 101 E. Fleming Drive.
A yellow sign on the door says the structure is unsafe and unfit for human habitation.
The Green Street Walgreens pharmacy and retail store has remained shuttered since the hurricane brought flooding to ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥.
There is no indication if or when it might reopen.
Wendy Smith, director of development and design for the city of ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥, said the city has not received or issued any permits for Walgreens. The city has not heard anything from the company about the Green Street location, she said.
The News Herald reached out to Walgreens corporate on Dec. 20 about its plans for the Green Street location but has not received a response.

Walgreens had previously announced that it plans to close 1,200 locations over the next three years, with about 500 closings planned in 2025. The company suffered a net loss of $3 billion in the fourth quarter, according to company information from its fourth quarter earnings conference in October.
Walgreens is set to release its 2025 first quarter results on Jan. 9, according to the company.
