What is Jordan accused of doing?
Court documents said a video found in a Google Drive searched by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office depicted a girl around the age of 5. Other videos showed a girl around the age of 10.
The charges filed on Friday accuse Jordan of doing a live performance with a 2-year-old female child.
A search warrant from the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office said Jordan’s home along Isaac Creek Drive in Bethlehem was searched after the sheriff’s office received a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program on March 7. The tip was about an image of an 8-year-old wearing a ballerina outfit with no underwear on. The IP address of the photo upload was linked back to Jordan’s home, according to the search warrant.
A second tip from Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program referenced a photo of a 10-year-old girl and a video of a 6-year-old girl uploaded on Jan. 11, according to the search warrant. The search warrant said additional videos found on the Google account appear to be taken from a hidden camera inside a bathroom at Jordan’s home.
Jordan is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
If convicted of all six charges, Jordan could face a minimum of 11 years and seven months or a maximum of 37 years and nine months in prison, according to North Carolina general statutes.
